We are required to file a trip permit with BSA whenever our troop takes a trip or goes camping. BSA requires certain information of all drivers transporting Scouts to or from these activities. Please fill out the form below and return (or send the information in e-mail) to Bob or Anne Mace at the next troop meeting. Please provide current phone numbers for both home and work (work phone numbers are not sent to BSA) in case we need to contact you in the event of last minutes changes in trip information.
